This might sound like something that you happen to read about or hear all of the time but if you have been used to or accustomed to the sedentary lifestyle for the longest time running, you are really going to have a hard time with something like this and you need to do something about this when it all comes down to it. Start slow because it will build up for you in the long run. You don’t have to sprint or to run a marathon right off the bat. You can start slow by opting to have slow morning walks just before you head off for work. Over a week or so of doing this daily, you will soon realize that it wouldn’t be that hard to transition to the possibility of jogging instead of walking. Then you might even consider the possibility of rigorous physical exercise such as signing up for a gym subscription or something fairly similar to this. Whatever you might want to decide on, remember that keeping things slow but sustainable is the best way to go for as far as exercise is concerned. So toe the line a little bit and test the waters before jumping in head first but always keep moving.
Get plenty of sleep.
Sleep deprivation actually results to weight gain and to added stress. On top of that, it can really be super bad on your skin and on your eyes in particular. If you want to look and feel your best leading up to the days before the wedding, then make sure that you really are getting enough sleep somewhere in the process. Sleep in early and try to avoid the nightcap that you have been getting for the longest time running. It doesn’t actually help you sleep. As a matter of fact, it disrupts your sleep and makes you feel groggy and feel as if you need more time to sleep somewhere in the process. Do it the natural way. Turn off the TV in the bedroom. Play some white noise in the background. There are tons of things that you can do to help you sleep without resulting to alcohol.
Meet up with your hairstylist.
You need to know ahead of time whether you will be rocking an updo or letting your hair down. not coming up with a decision about this early on can be time consuming during the actual day of your wedding and you need to make sure that you are getting something done about this when it all comes down to it. Discuss this with your photographer Dundee because he might have suggestions for how you will get better looking photos somewhere along the way.
Practice your makeup look.
